Customer service was alright overall. They got back to me after about two days and fixed the address mistake, so that was cool. I did have to shoot them another email just to get an update though, which was a bit annoying. Not bad, but yeah, a little slow.

I had to keep reaching out just to find out where my order was. Kinda frustrating, because the tracking info never really came through.

I do think these toys are really cute overall, and they have that sweet, simple look I was hoping for. They still look nice sitting on the shelf, so I’m not unhappy with them or anything. The only thing is that the colors looked a bit brighter and more vibrant in the photos, and in person they’re a little more muted or dull than I expected. It’s not a huge deal, but it did make them feel slightly less “wow” when I opened them. Still pretty, just a little different from what I had pictured.

Some of the parts felt a little loose, which made me uncomfortable. For something meant to be around toddlers, I really think it should be built more securely. It just doesn’t feel right to take chances with kids’ safety.

The toy just felt kind of cheaply Made to me. I wasn’t expecting anything super Fancy, but it didn’t feel very sturdy and Came across a little disappointing.

I picked up a wooden puzzle and stacking set for my kid, and to be fair, they did get a lot of playtime out of them. Some of the toys are definitely good for learning, but a few felt more like they were just cute, not super educational. Overall, it’s good enough, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more of that learning value.

I ordered this toy thinking it would be a bit bigger and look more like the photos, but when it showed up it was different. I was happy with this toy. It feels like real wood and not that cheap plastic stuff you sometimes get, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was decent too, nothing fancy but it did the job. I did take off one star because there was a small scratch on it, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal overall.

I’ll give them credit, the toys are really nice-looking and there are definitely some cute picks. I just couldn’t fully justify the price for what I ended up getting, especially once shipping was added on. Maybe if I found something I absolutely had to have, it would feel different, but for me it was just a bit too expensive for the value. Not a bad experience, just probably not my first choice next time.

I’ve ordered from Bella Luna Toys a few times now, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. They usually have the toys I’m looking for in stock, which always makes me happy because it saves me from searching all over. One item I wanted was sold out, but everything else in my cart was available and shipped without any issues. I do wish the restock dates were a little easier to find, but it’s still a lovely shop and definitely one of the first places I check.

The toy itself was perfectly fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping was really slow. It took over two weeks to arrive, and the updates didn’t really tell me anything useful. I got annoyed because it was never clear where the package was or when I should actually expect it.
